Data Retention Period

  • Event registration data (name, email, participation) – stored until the end of the event and up to 12 months afterwards for debriefing, feedback and possible re-communication.
  • Contact data (email, phone) – may be stored until consent is withdrawn or a request for deletion is made.
  • Financial data (if applicable, e.g. payment for participation) – stored in accordance with tax law requirements, usually for up to 5 years.
  • Analytical and technical data (cookies, IP, etc.) – stored for 6-24 months, depending on the settings of analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

After these periods expire, the data:

  • are securely deleted,
  • anonymized, or
  • archived if required by law.

You can also request the deletion of your data at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. We will consider your request within a period not to exceed 30 calendar days.

Your rights

You, as a user, have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access – you can request what data we hold about you and receive a copy of that information.
  • The right to rectification – if your data is out of date, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to request that it is updated.

  • The right to withdraw consent – if the processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without giving reasons.
  • The right to lodge a complaint – if you believe that your information is being misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection in your country.
